Access is personal and account-specific.
Your Evaluation Window: You have five days from the date of purchase to assess whether the program is suited to your current role and development focus. This time is for reviewing the structure, depth, and approach of the content — not for completing modules before submitting a return request.
When Eligibility Ends: Once more than 30% of a program’s content has been accessed the program is considered in active use and refund eligibility closes at that point. This applies regardless of completion status or how much time has passed since purchase. There are no partial refunds for partially completed programs.
